業務規程、SGマーク使用規程、手数料規程の改正について | The Rules of the Business, the Rules for Using SG Marks, and the Guidance of Fees were Revised.

　業務規程、SGマーク使用規程を改正しました。それぞれの規程類の書きぶりの平仄がそろい、より分かりやすくなっています。
The Rules of the Business, The Rules for Using SG Marks were revised to be easier to understand by increasing consistency of the structure and the expressions among them.

　昨年４月に、SGマーク制度の信頼性と透明性を高めるために、業務規程とSGマーク使用規程（登録工場用、ロット認証での自社印刷用、及びロット認証用の３つがあります）を、JISQ1001（適合性評価）に準拠して改正をしました。このJISQ1001は、適合性評価－日本産業規格への適合性の認証－一般認証指針と呼ばれるものであり、第三者認証制度を定めたISO/IEC Guide28を基礎としたものです。
Major revisions of the Rules (the Rules of Business, the Rules for Using SG Marks) were released in May 2021 to increase the reliability and transparency of the SG Mark Scheme, by rearranging the structures and the articles following the JISQ1001 (Conformity Assessment) which bases on the ISO/IEC Guide 28 (Conformity Assessment—Guidance on a Third-Party Certification System for Products).

　４月の改定以降、９月に再改定を行いましたが、業務規程と各SGマーク使用規程相互において、内容的には同等であっても、条文の構成や表現の平仄がしっかりとは合っていない部分が残っておりました。このため、今回、改めて見直しを行い、各種規程間の整合性を高め、無用な混乱が生じないようにいたしました。新たな内容は、確認審査・更新審査において、認証の条件を満たしていないのに提出書類には満たしていると虚偽の報告を行った場合に、認証の取消や違約金が発生することです。また、ＳＧ基準詳細技術情報利用規程と平仄を合わせて、不当な表示を行った場合には最大３百万円の違約金を課すことを加えています。また、違反事例は、協会の判断で公表することも明記しました。これらの規程類は即時施行させていただきます。
Minor revisions were made in September 2021, however, there remained differences in structure and language among the Rules although the implications were the same. This time, the Rules were revised to avoid unnecessary confusions by making them more consistent in structure and language. New substance is the penalties (cancellation of certification/ penalty charge) when the Licensee disguises that its factory or plant meets the requirements of the SG standard. In addition, the penalty for confusing displays is clarified in detail (maximum three million yen) in consistent with the Rules for Using the Detail Technical Information of SG Standard. In addition, it is now explicitly written that CPSA publishes the violation on its homepage or by other means when it considers necessary. These revise rules are effective immediately.

　規程類の改正と合わせて手数料規程をアップデートしています。こちらは、コロナ禍の中で行ってきたオンライン・リアルタイム工場審査についての料金と、昨年12月末から実施しているSG基準詳細技術情報の提供にあたっての手数料を新たに加えたものとなっていますのでご確認下さい。
In conjunction with the revisions of the Rules, the Guidance for the Fees was updated to include two new fees. One is for the online real time inspection introduced in the past years under the of visiting the sites due to covid-19. Another is for the application of obtaining the detail technical information of the SG Standard. Everyone is advised to check the Guidance.
